ATS aims to provide our customers with a complete solution to their kitchen appliance problems. We have over 20 years experience repairing appliances, and with our experience within the industry we are confident in saying that there isn't much that we haven't seen or repaired.
When you call us to report a faulty appliance you will be speaking to our friendly office team who have extensive knowledge on handling appliance emergencies. Your not just a customer name or number to us, we fully understand there will be times when we need to prioritise a repair due to medicine not getting cooled or the need for a daily washing.
Our team of engineers have over 40 years of experience between them. They carry an extensive amount of spare parts which allows them to get your appliance fixed fast and securely, and there is a 12 Months warranty on all repairs that we complete.
In the last 12 months we have called-out to over 5000 appliances and have just recently won service provider of the year 2008-2009 (REP-CARE). We are the main agent for SAMSUNG REP-CARE (with Currys extended warranty) ARGOS and many more.
We have access to over 1,00,000 spare parts to make sure we get your appliance repaired in the fastest possible time. Engineers vans are constantly stocked with the latest spares and our online spares ordering system ensures fast delivery of out of stock parts if our engineers require them.
We offer extremely competitive fees. We have an all inclusive labour fee which covers engineers callout, diagnostic of fault and any labour required to repair the fault. It also includes any return visits to fit parts, although parts required are charged @ MRP. If an appliance is deemed too expensive to repair we will offer a discount off our fee.
